completion date

today is a special day. a monumental day in my life. in my real estate investing life. i am going to get my big fat check from my first flip!!! my lawyer's assistant called me this afternoon. the check is ready for pick up she said. i asked her to courier the check to me. i will be staying home tomorrow morning to sign for the package. then i am going to admire, kiss, scan, take photo with and dance around with the check. thank you universe for answering my request, thanks to my family, my mentors, my friends for helping me along the way and thank myself for all the hard work looking for and going through with everything. i did it!!! and i can do it again!!! =D
